j188 Terms and Conditions – Pakistan Players

All financial transactions on j188 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There is no currency conversion involved in deposits or withdrawals. The platform supports the following deposit and withdrawal channels for Pakistan players:

• Winnings from games are credited to your account balance immediately upon the completion of the game round or event settlement.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on j188 and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure and forfeiture of all funds in the affected account:

• Registration of more than one account per individual.
• Providing false, inaccurate or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Use of automated software, bots, scripts or any technological tools to place bets, interact with games or exploit the platform in any way.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonus systems.
• Any attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, exploit or otherwise interfere with the j188 platform, its software or its infrastructure.
• Depositing funds derived from unlawful activity or using j188 in any manner connected with money laundering or fraud.
• Systematic exploitation of promotional offers — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses, or coordinating with others to abuse referral or cashback programmes.
• Threatening, harassing or abusing j188 staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Using a VPN, proxy or any other tool to misrepresent your geographic location or bypass platform restrictions.

j188 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to pass identity or age verification when requested.
• Suspected fraudulent activity or money laundering.
• At the player's own request, including self-exclusion requests made through the Responsible Gaming tools.
• Inactivity — accounts with no login activity for an extended period may be flagged as dormant and subject to closure after reasonable notice is given to the registered email address.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any remaining balance in that account may be forfeited in full. Where an account is closed at the player's request and no breach has occurred, the remaining balance (minus any non-withdrawable bonus funds) will be returned to the player via their registered payment channel within a reasonable timeframe.

You may request closure of your own account at any time by contacting j188 support. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and result in immediate suspension of access to the platform for the duration requested.

All content on the j188 platform — including but not limited to the j188 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game content, promotional materials and any other materials — is the intellectual property of j188 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without j188's express written permission.

Game content on j188 is provided under licence from third-party game providers and remains the intellectual property of those providers. Any unauthorised reproduction or distribution of game content is prohibited.

j188 provides the Platform on an "as available" basis. While every effort is made to ensure uninterrupted access and accurate game and odds data, j188 does not guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times or free from errors, interruptions or technical issues.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, j188's liability to any player arising from or related to use of the Platform is limited to the amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. j188 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data or loss of opportunity.

Nothing in these Terms limits j188's liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Your personal information will not be sold to third parties.
